Caring Congregation

Caring Congregation is at the heart of the Temple: members reaching out to each other in times of need and celebration, from birth until death, in times of sickness and health, and time of sadness. Our volunteers bring our members closer together, create community where none exists and venture out to bring Temple Emanu-El and Judaism to those unable to come to us.

Through our 170+ volunteers, we strive to deepen the sense of caring and community, which is such an important part of our congregational history and legacy to the future.

Help us Share the Care by contacting Peggy Papert or member of the clergy if you or someone you know is in the hospital, has had surgery, has moved to a nursing home, needs a visitor, etc. Temple is here for you so please contact us! You can call 214-706-0012 for immediate assistance.
