Israeli-Palestinian Conflict Resources
Our hearts continue to beat toward Israel, as we absorb news of the unfolding Israeli-Palestinian crisis. Temple is dedicated to bringing us together in conversation and to being a resource for information.
See below for an opportunity with Cantor Leslie Niren this Wednesday morning, May 26, as well as the ways you can learn about the conflict, talk about it with children and teens and take action.
Events
Please join Cantor Niren and Israeli tour guide and friend of Temple Emanu-El, Muki Jankelowitz, for a conversation about the current situation in Israel this Wednesday, May 26 at 9 a.m. on Zoom. We’ll discuss the factors that led to the conflict, the current political climate in Israel and hear firsthand how the lives of Israeli citizens, both Arab and Israeli, have been affected. Bring your questions for Muki; this will be an open dialogue and all are encouraged to participate!
